Powerful, intricate layers of fresh citrus and pulverized white stone play back on forth on the palate, revealing more complexity with aeration. Creamy and mouthwatering, the impressive finish has notes of freshly baked lemon bread. Cellar through 2028 and beyond.

Certainly the richest in the lineup, the 2019 Corton-Vergennes Grand Cru offers a more medium gold hue as well as a richer feel in its stone fruits, toasted nut, white flowers, and subtle spicy oak-driven aromatics. It continues to gain freshness with time in the glass, but this lacks the touch of vibrancy found in the Clos Des Mouches. Rich, medium to full-bodied, and broad and expansive, it's an interesting wine that might blossom with a year in bottle. At the very least, it's a richer, powerful, nicely balanced white that brings the fruit and texture.
